so far im kind of okay with how my figure is coming on. getting the hourglass figure just from eating certain foods and no direct ab workout.
The biggest shock to me is how my face us changing due to the weight loss. Barely recognise myself in old photos

Thank you for all the comments. My meal plan is low carb, high protein and plenty of natural nutrients in vegetables and fruit i eat. I work off of a calorie deficit. No direct ab workout, cardio once a week and weights everyday. I concentrate on my legs a lot as i usee to have very pronounced hip-dips. I eat between 800-900 calories a day. No transfats or artificial ingredients. Plenty of water.
