My meal plan is low carb, high protein and plenty of natural nutrients in vegetables and fruit i eat.
I work off of a calorie deficit. No direct ab workout, cardio once a week and weights everyday.
I concentrate on my legs a lot as i usee to have very pronounced hip-dips.
I eat between 800-900 calories a day. No transfats or artificial ingredients. Plenty of water.
