My weight loss wrench was interupted by discovering I am suffering from ETD this month. However I am not losing as much as I was but I am still losing a lb a week. I need to rest right now so eating right is my only option. So be it. Not even sickness will destroy my weight loss goal. #20lbstogo
174.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
