I haven't been tracking food as closely, still being aware of carbs, calories and quantity. This morning weighed in with a 1 lb loss. Not much, but puts me in the teens, which I haven't seen in oh, 15 years maybe.
Big dinner out tonight. Hope this little victory keeps me mindful.
