Weighed in at doctors, 257.6 on January 31st, 2018- She said I needed to lose weight, stopped smoking February 4th last year - time to get healthy now! Plan is to lose the weight I gained (20 lbs plus all the extra I have carried for past 5 years. My ideal size it a 10 I look and feel great so that is where I would like to be in 12-18 months doing this for life not for the moment...
