decided to try out calorie cycling after reading about it from a couple websites. Finishing up the last day to figure out what my average daily intake of calories is and will be starting tomorrow! Cant wait to see how this works! going to try to walk on the treadmill during the week but not too sure how thats going to work with a 2 month old...we'll see!
