So, I have hit the 20LB loss mark (actually more)and I am feeling good. I am still very focused and motivated and not letting anything stop me this time. At least for another few months until I am ready to have another child. But until then I am trying to get as small as possible. I am very proud of myself for focusing, even when the road ahead is long!

I am the next weight loss success story FS!
383.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 203.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 May 2012:
