Down a bit today and doing well. I re-read some of the Atkins chapters on pre-maintenance last night – and realized I may be able to go as high as 50 NC / day -- that would mean I could eat a small sandwich made with nine grain bread! Anyhow, I will work my way up there – this week I will stay at 30NC/week and next week will try to up it to 40.
