shingles have thrown a huge curveball. I'm quitting weight watchers and hope I'll be successful here. exercise is a struggle right now.....

I have diabetes and heart failure. So I know how frustrating it is to continue on a routine of dieting like a normal person. Fatsecret is really awesome to use. If you click on food it will bring up a menu I use every day that lets you input your breakfast, lunch and dinner and keeps tabs on your calories and carbs. I have a limit so with this I cannot exceed my intake. I hope this helps and don't give up.

Thanks. I'm getting familiar with the app and so far the food and restaurant database is better than weight watchers.
