Postponed Valentine's Day dinner to last night. Had authentic lamb kabobs with a small amount of potatoes and ate less than half the rice. Then had a couple of beers. I also did my usual cardio routine and I'm very happy to have lost another 0.4 lbs. Need to keep up the hard work until I get under 200.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
