Heading to the Gym. The attitude must be catching today cause Im not very motivated. Tummy hurts a bit. BUT im going! Im gonna try the eliptical today. Havent been able to do it for very long yet. But Im armed with my new MP3 player. So Im hoping it will help motivate me and help me succeed! I hope everyone has a good weight loss day!!
