After last weigh in on Wednesday I didn't wait a whole week to test my weight again. On Friday I was 165! I was so pleased and thought I could lose 2 lbs this week. But it seems it was just a fluke and all my efforts to get my diet under control and lower (which I have!) my intake, didn't work.
Okay now the pity party is done!
I will redouble my efforts! My intake has been good, my output not so much. So it's time to get my exercise up everyday. Walk, run, hike, weights, yard work, mat work all I can do at/near home and have time everyday. Simple as that. Here we go.
