Really struggling right now. Too much going on and too little time to deal with it all. Still trying to stay the course though.

Good luck!! Those struggles can make you a stronger person, so just take things one day at a time and you'll pull through.

Sierra, take it one day at a time and log in your food. Keeping track of what you eat really helps you focus. Hopefully things will slow down a bit and you won't be stressed out so much. You can do this. You are stronger than you might think. Blessings and hugs!!!

Hang in there....this too shall pass. Do what you can, one day at a time. Remember that this WOE is the one area you CAN control when everything else seems spiraling out of control!

I do know how you feel when things seem to be completely out of control and there is just no time to do the things you know you should do...I am currently in a similiar boat as far as logging foods, etc. However, we have the skills for this WOE and I try very hard to incorporate them every day. I am not losing but I am not gaining...so use the skills that you have to maintain your progress until you have time to do the logging, etc. I will pray that God provides you with some time and wisdom to handle all that you are facing. Big Hug!!!!
