Here I go trying to get back on track again. Why can I do so good and then have a hard time getting back on track? We have been moving over the last month and that is stressful, and changes with my Husbands job has been stressful too. Not good for me...I handle stress in unhealthy ways.

However, got the unpacking at about 80% complete and have an exercise room. My machine needs oiling BADLY and I only did 8 minutes for fear of waking my DH at 4:30am this morning. I have my gym clothes on and will do like I used to do (when I lived and worked in Newnan). I will take my 10 minute break and go walking. We have moved to a nice neighborhood (before we were on a farm and the road was a highway). I am going to see if I can get DH to walk with me in the evening.

I hope to get the elliptical oiled today and tomorrow I can do my full 30 minutes...however it seems that I did not wake him (basement must be pretty quiet.....and the dog did not wake him barking) so either way tomorrow I can do more.

Can't do it in the afternoon as the girls work third shift and their bedrooms are in the basement. So I am getting there.

Today is the start over AGAIN but I will try to take it in stride.

Already had my menu planned out for the last two weeks. Mongolian Beef is today so I will forgo the rice with it. Get back in the habit of making myself something a little different or a vairation from everyone else. Since I do not have the count on the recipe I am using I will just use Panda Express on my food journal.
