I need to tighten up my vigilance. The meals are lasting two days. Farro, broccoli, leeks, red beans, baby spinach, together in different permutations and combinations are filling beyond anything I could have imagined. Adding in a radically changed schedule has left me too tired to cook in the evenings and too full to force down a meal. So, I just continue eating one day's prepared, weighted and measured meals onto the next day...
