Sticking to the diet and eating 1200 calories a day, working out 5 day/week. I'm just not seeing the results on the scale. It is getting frustrating but I know it will pay off if I stay consistent.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
