1st day--had cereal for breakfast and got hungry at 11am--need to bring in an apple for work!

Instead, bought a Toasted Chips Crackes at 230 calories and 80 cal from Fat (9 g total fat and 1.5 saturated. 34 g of Carbs and 6 g sugars.

Heding out to lunch for a salad or healthy sandwich
