Well i'm proud of myself didn't go over my calorie intake.. I think that's the first. I need to lose 4 to 5 pounds before the 4th I need to push myself harder. Drinking my water has become an issue for me. Gettin to where I can't stand it. At a stan still with my weight but some say that is normal. It's just dishearting.
