Please watch the portion of"Bill" who has Parkinson's disease playing guitar. It will make your heart melt. There was a video I watched of mother who child had extreme seizures and they explained how her usage of Medium Chain Triglycerides and Ketones and cannabis to make her non function teenager, into a functioning even to work. These are my inspirational stories.

I have a hard time within the low carb or keto communities because they place all fats, on the same lvls when for Keto , and for long term help you need polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, and Medium Chain Triglycerides..... Saturated and trans fat damages your body. People who understand the lifestyle choice as a whole and not a new fad diet understand , but people who have no understand but just eating it, are the people who want to argue.

Yet when I was vegan I had the meat eater's *friends-term used very loosely* calling me pretentious and using it as an excuse to starve myself.( when I was raw vegan I was always healthy and thin and in good health) BUT I also worked outside the house, and was walking, manual labor daily alot, unlike now.So, I contribute my weight versus food ratios, to the movement than the diet choices.

Goes to show you, if people want to be hurtful, judgemental, or combative, they will find any food/diet choice to argue against.......


Meanwhile with all my autoimmune issues and beign overweight at the moment, and my crappy liver( due to food poisoning triggered it) I look younger and more mentally alert than they are.... 10 years , for many my junior.

My son is a hard core meat, and cheese eater..he'd live off ramen noodles, pizza, and cheese exclusively if he can. I'm sure many people relate to thats. I however, can not eat like that anymore..He's 18 so he thinks he is invincible. My Spouse/bf has switched whole foods 30 which is a step above the carb heavy diet he had before this..he's lost 11 lbs now with me.

This is not my long term choice , but it is my choice to loose weight right now. Its seems to helping not hurting atm. I will adjust it as I need to, and learn as much as I can how my body and mind works along the way.

Despite the negative nancys.
