Keep moving forward. Last 3 weeks dropped off the workouts and paid less attention to food. Weight shows the creep.

Steps today. Monitor food.

Thinking to try more protein less carbs. Have to say I am fearful of having low blood sugar. Not diabetic but have had these issues many, many times.
