In order to lose weight, you have to be in the right place mentally. You have to find your motivation. Write down why you want to lose weight and post it where you can see it. Do things to help with the motivation. Read fitness magazines. Buy a new workout outfit. Try a new workout dvd. Join a gym. Start a running program. Get some diet books from the library and see if there is one that clicks with you and the way you eat. Make an inspiration board with cork board and post pictures, quotes, recipes, etc. Anything that will help motivate you and keep you on track. You have to eat healthy and exercise. No other way around it. Find your motivation.
