This is Memorial Day 2012. I am thinking about my cousin Patricia after her loss of Larry. It makes following a diet easier.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 28 May 2012:
1779 kcal Fat: 61.47g | Prot: 87.20g | Carb: 215.34g.   Breakfast: peanut butter, oatmeal, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, orange juice. Lunch: sabrett, corn, hormel chili, ben & Jerry's frozen. Dinner: kroger rainbow sherbert, Grilled Salmon, green beans with almonds. Snacks/Other: kozy shack chocolate rice pudding, watermelon. more...
