My first day here on fatsecret.com! I've used the app on everything. It just bug me at on some things I can't write in exat weight! I weigh up all the food, and I always get it in gram's. But I can't always write that in. So have imagined me to the correct amount to some things. I hope it works anyway. I'm always trying to take a little more than less in that case.

So I landed on 1425 kcal today! But I think I'm more to 1450. So it goes when I can't write in exat weight! >_<
How do you do, when you can't write in the food in wieght. When it's stand "portion" or something else?
