So my journey starts today 5/28/12! Meeting with Applied Fitness Solutions on Friday, June 1, 2012 to get a weightloss program in place that includes exercise and will take into consideration my back issues and building strength in the ankle I broke in February.
Did not want to wait until Friday to start so here we go.....
