Here I am again - last time I was here I was following the Atkins diet. I had my suspicions that I was eating too much fat. Think the Dukan diet is the same high protein diet as Atkins, but low fat. I am not convinced that going too low with fat is a good thing.

So really, like life, it's a journey!
