Here I am again, having accomplished little last year. My (lame) excuse is high stress and being stuck doing something I did not enjoy but felt obligated to do - for almost a year now. And since my stick-to-it-iveness is still lacking, I'm going with a 5:2 for now. I can be good for at least one day at a time. May we all keep up the good fight!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

I’m with you I have tried every diet out there and keep falling back. I’m trying the one day at a time think no doubt it is hard.
