WEll, finally a drop in the scale. only 1 lb for all my efforts this week, but hoping to make it more by sunday!! I am going to do the biggest happy dance ever when i finally reach 180. Even though i will reset my goal to 160, i feel like i have been waiting forever to get to that first goal. I guess all that water i guzzled yesterday paid off! Definitely doing it again. And i ate a couple good carbs. i think my body wanted it. Today i had a bowl of cheerios with a banana. that is the only carb i will have all day though. man, cereal never tasted so good!!!
