Today I started WW Freestyle....

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 February 2018:

I've done WW before and it was great way back when...and I'm sure it's equally as great now. Looking forward to eating lots and lots of veggies and not having to "count" them so to speak. I still log everything here and track points on the WW site.
