I went to a seminar last night . Loved it had a great time, but I ate late last night and no I feel like crap..ugh I stay on track as long as I keep people( my spouse specifically) stay out of my business...lol Hes one of these crazy people who want to sing, dance, at 6 am when he wakes up..and im not a morning person. back to short fast time..so I probably will wait to tomorrow morning to eat again. im not hungry, I have a pounding headache, and i feel hung over( don't drink) which tells me too much sugar/carbs in the food last night .
