It's a lovely and cool Sunday morning! Hope the temp stays down and we get some much needed rain!
Now a snap shot of the weekend, I did drink lots of fluids on Friday, but come the early evening when it was not quite as hot I atarting eating and had a lot of difficulty stopping! But then the feeling of this is gross set in! Was not pleasdnt agfter having such a good visit with a friend! :(
Saturday however I made up for it with exercise, for the first time this year I was out on my bike! It felt so good! Although after two hours my poor arse was a bit tender! But being a tropper I still did my exercises in the evening! I think that saved my legs from cramping up as I gave them an extra good stretch!
Now here's the good things that made me smile!!! #1. A friend of mine who never notices anything told me that I was looking good! #2 I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of capris yesterday at a very cheap price and they are both size small and for once I did not feel bad about my thighs! #3 I wore a shorter tank top while riding and felt good in it! I really hope these things continue!
