A weight loss of 0.4kg puts me right on schedule! So I've still got 0.3kg "in the bank", so to speak. Yesterday was such an exhausting day. I closed the bad at 2.30am and had a drink with my workmates after. Well, 4 drinks. So I was a bit pissed after. So there were some empty calories there that I didn't write up, but I guess it balanced with all the running around I did at work, so I ended up weighing less today. Score!

Today I'm gonna revise for my last exam at home. It will be a bit of a challenge. I always find it hard not to eat at home, but I guess I need to face my demons anyway, so... good luck me :)
160.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
