Saturday 5/26/2012 Walked 30 minutes at 9:00 AM
Beautiful day to go for a walk!
Today is Birthday Party day - I will work
hard to stick to my eating plan.
Went to the cemetery to put flowers on the graves
and sweat my brains out. Man it is hot out there!!!
