Hopefully this desire to lose weight will continue. I may go over my 2,000 calories, but still have a deficit at the end of the week.
I need to be able to have carb days (which are not good for me physically, but mentally I need them). I'll deal with the sugar addiction eventually, but for now, it's more important to lose some of the weight!
