I spent a lot of time on bodybuilding.com today, looking at the female transformations & got really motivated/excited to transform my body & mind the same way. So, my goal is to lose at least 15lbs by the end of June through strength training and clean eating. For now and for the first time in my life, I'm giving up my mainstays of cardio & running. It hasn't worked effectively to date, so why not try another approach?
