I have not weighted since early December. At that time I had not gained any weight, which I was so proud of myself.
Well, not so, now. I have gained 5 pounds.

Got to start using this tool again and get back on track.

My FatSecret is a great tool for recording what you are eating.

Thank you for FatSecret for being there for all those on the journey for a healthier and lighter life!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
