Time to start taking off the baby weight. 10 days post partum. I'm scared that my body won't be what it was. :(
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It can!!! I was at your current weight, and I lost all of it!!! Still have the mommy tummy going on, but it's a working progress!! My pre-pregnancy weight was 108 and I'm down to 106!! I was a lazy person when it comes to workout, but since I make it a part of my daily routine, it's like nothing to me now. So just give your body time, switch up your workout routine, start small to build endurance, eat good fat, plenty of protein. I am still nursing, so I guess that also helps with losing the baby weight. You'll get there, but it's going to take some time.
