Off work today and trying to get some things done around the house. My son is going away for the weekend with friends so I've been helping him get his things together and we've spent the morning talking which was lovely. With everyone working different shifts we're often home at different times so it's great to catch up. :)

I made a MiM for breakfast this morning and have discovered that I really no longer enjoy them, to the point of feeling nauseated when I was eating it. I ended up throwing half of it away. Breakfast is always a challenge for me as I was always an oatmeal or other cereal with fruit kinda girl. I'll sometimes have an Atkins bar for breakfast but I don't like doing that too often and I often just can't face an egg in the morning. Oh well, this is a journey of discovery, right? I'll have to check the Atkins forums again to get some breakfast ideas.

So glad you enjoyed the bonding time with your son. What is a "Mim"? I know what you mean about breakfast. Love that coffee! Oatmeal is healthy. Is oatmeal not allowed on Atkins? I am not following Atkins -- very curious however! Have a nice evening!
