Stayed the same this week, but I'm sure it has alot to do with moving over to Phase 2. The main problem I have with SB is that I have absolutley no interest in eating. I have to remind myself to eat. Now I realize that I will not starve to death, but I know it's not healthy to not eat enough.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I couldn't lose weight past Phase 1 of SBD. Let me know if you see this trend too. For some people even 1 grain or fruit is too many carbs to lose weight because of their metabolism. It is OK if you don't feel like eating. Just don't go more than 6 hours without eating something or your metabolism will slow down.

You need to find some foods and recipes that sound good to you! There are so many great recipes here on the site... flip through and try at least 2 news on a week. :) You need to eat something a little, every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism up and going!! You can DO IT!
