Lifted weights yesterday and weight went up. Hopefully water retention. I'm sore. Ate very healthy yesterday.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sore muscles means water retention. Don't worry about it. It's temporary. By building muscle, you will speed up your metabolism making it easier to lose and keep the weight off. Just keep oign.
