No surprise that I gained weight today and I'm really bloated. Last night I ate way more than I should have. I ate dinner, which was a large portion in itself. But then an hour or two later I had another helping, which was really too much. Then I wanted something sweet so I had a yogurt and then I was stuffed to the gills! And the worst part is that because I ate so much last night, I woke up STARVING! I will try to be better today... I have been doing pretty well over the past few days besides that though. Today is a new day.
Measurements Arms: 12.5 Waist: 32.5 Hips: 40
Ugh - my waist is up 1" and my hips are up .5". I'm sure that's just bloating, but it certainly doesn't make me happy :(
