Survived the Super Bowl with minimal oz gain....Ready to begin this week with a strong workout...achieved 600 Calorie Burn as we concentrated on Legs!!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
