Last week I experienced constant numbness and tingling in in my right shoulder down to my fingers, so I backed off resistance training and increased my caloric intake slightly.

Not the loss I would have liked, but I will take it. :)
247.8 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
