Day 8: I am down 7 lbs since I started this. ☺️

I still have a long way to go, but I am going to do this!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm just starting keto plan ,a little scared I will fail, I'm 73 and this is import. I fell trepidation. I'm going to talk to Dr. next week . I'm not super active bad knees and feet, plus back so exercise is gentel, so much fat in diet oh. I've been at this for 8 years, very slow but took long time to get to 300 lbs. now 229 have to keep moving to goal 145lbs then decide about skin , see what it looks like. I need to be brave.
