Yesterday I was bad. I went out drinking with some co workers and threw my 2k diet out the window, I didn't meet my requirement of -1k cal. After that I felt like crap this morning as I should have, and didn't go to the gym. I am thinking I might go after work to elevate my guilty conscience.
