I just cant control my eating. what else is left. I don't want to be fat.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it. If you have trouble changing everything, change one tiny thing at a time until you make it. You can do that with exercise, too. If you just can't get yourself to exercise for 30 minutes at a time, just promise yourself to do it for five minutes a day, and increase it as you get better at it. Good luck.

Everyone can do it. I quit smoking after almost 29 years. it is all about the math. Burn more than you take in. Aggressive diets don't usually work but small changes will. if you hold a certain weight then increase your activity slightly while decreasing your eating just a bit., You will lose the weight. Remember 3500 calories = 1 lb so Take in 500 calories less than you burn and you will lose 1 lb per week. You can still eat just in moderation.

if I could offer a little help take a look at your daily diet calendar. There are only a few things that are messing you up. "Butter Crunch Ice Cream". Banana Nut Muffin. Lot's of calories and fat for such a small portion of food. French Fries (Bad) "I love em too" I would go through the items to help you identify which ones are keeping you from succeeding and then replace them with something healthier. Most of your choices are actually pretty good. You are so close to a healthy diet don't give up now.
