I was bad today. I needed to get it out of my system. I've been doing a lot of reading about calories and healthy grub. I definitely don't eat enough "healthy" things. I really feel that's my biggest problem. It clearly shows. Sure, I'm eating enough calories and burning enough but I'm not eating healthy things. Therefore I'm just getting stuck. I have also been under a great deal of stress which is NOT good for the midsection! Not only do I need to put my foot down about eating healthy at home, I need to enforce it and be strong about it when they (the family) entices me with their fatty crap! Its on! I feel...like I need warpaint lol! Or a sign that reads, "JOIN ME OR LEAVE ME THE F*** ALONE! (Clears throat) Sorry about that... They just really upset me. lol

I have just starting my own diet and am just worring about calories once I am comfortable with 3 meals plus snacks I will slowly incorporate the protien and carbs ect.. But I already see my family will be a problem with thier junk food and eating habits. I might need warpaint as well later on lol. Good luck to you but you sound like you already have the right attitude

In this society it is so hard to stay committed to eating "real food" when surrounded by psudo-foods. Stay strong!!!

My hubby is the worst. He won't eat any of that diet crap or so he says. He ate an entire box of sugar free ice cream bars on me. I didn't even get one. I'm not sure if I should thank him for that or slap him silly. Of course, I still haven't told him it was "diet" food.
