I've been stuck at 146 for 5 days. I've had a deficit every day, except one, so I'm annoyed. I'm hoping it does what sometimes happens in that one day, 2 or 3 pounds just fall off and stay off. I can dream. Stasis is as bad as negative reinforcement!
