So excited about my loss this week. Really worked through some major temptations. Actually gave in to a small container of popcorn last night, but didn’t let it get out of hand. And while the weight loss is good, the result of cutting out carbs that I am happiest about is the reduced pain in my joints and muscles. Really a significant change. And I guess that is what is really motivating me. (Plus all the shared triumphs and disappointments from all of you.) Have a great week, everyone!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
