I've been having a hard time cutting back this week. I've just been sooooo hungry. I've been good though and while my calories are high the over all quality of food has been good. And with the temptation around me it could have been much worse.

On top of wanting to eat everything in site my weight can seem to decide if it wants to be in the 230's or 220's. I think my TOM is almost hear and that's what the cravings and weight fluctuations are about but I just want them to STOP!

On the plus side I took Friday off for a four day weekend and get to celebrate my birthday right in the middle of it. YAY for turning 30 (my actual birthday isn't until next week). I'm supper excited and am hoping most of my friends can make it to my bonfire! Bring on the cake!!!!
