It takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile so be happy :-)
morning all weather here is cooler for the moment which is nice, gosh last night i must have been so whacked i went to bed at 9.30 dh was on the loo and at 5am when he got into bed i thought he was just coming to bed but no he had just got up as the chicken were apparently going mad in the garden and as the windows were all open he thought the neighbours may complain i was completely oblivious to this and slept through it all. My little man slept from 6.15 until 7am this morning also i think the fact that is was so hot here and that he was on a trampoline at a friends whacked him out too or maybe it was the dose of piriton i gave him before bedtime, i suspect that it is hayfever he is suffering with as blocked up again this is what happenend last time we had sunnier weather. So on the menu today i have 1 pint milk branflakes 4 coffee snack of mango melon and grapes today along with mexican chilli and lime chicken inbetween 2 slices of wholemeal bread wish watercress and wasabi leaves, tea tonight is grilled salmon fillet with a spicy lentil dhal (this is an Ainsley Harriott packet and looks minging just hoping it is tasty)!! this will be served with a green salad of chard radish and wasbi leaves, supper you guessed correctly hot chocolate with 2 rich tea plan to have another early night tonight to continue with refreshng myself after those 2 awful nights where i didnt sleep all night. Hoping the weather is going to be fine at the weekend planning some quality family time a trip t the park, maybe some swimming not sure yet then we may eat out in the garden. Hope you all have a great day :0)

Wow... You and D certainly got a good nights sleep..... I expect C thought, there maybe a fox trying to get at your chickens. Your chicken sounds yummy.... We have salmon too. Will probably do mine in an tin foil envelope, with soy sauce, ginger and lime. I may do it with Thai cous cous - plus I have some asparagus and bok Choy. I'll see..... Lunch... Mmm not sure what I fancy - I have some coleslaw that I made last night... Not sure what else to have with it - may have tinned tuna.

Just made a lovely meal of leftovers which is kind on the purse strings and is a change from leftover chicken curry so here it is this is for me and hubby only as the kids dont do rice 140gr raw rice, 20ml sesame oil, 1 onion, 1 leek, 1 clove garlic, 218gr cooked chicken (breast meat), 2 sticks celery, 75gr peas, 1 egg beaten, 2 tbsp soy sauce - cook rice, then in a frying pan cook the onion garlic leek in the oil then add celery peas and chicken, add cooked rice then stir whole lot make a section in corner of your pan to put the beaten egg in cook until scrambelling and mix through the rest of the pan finally add the soy sauce and mix throughly. This pan is 1244 cals and it is enough for 3 portions so i have that for tea tomorrow night with dh who will have garlic bread as a side and maybe i may have a slice too i have also frozen another portion for either one of us for lunch one day - damsite cheaper that pre-prepared food and a lot healthier so total cals for 1 portion is only 414 result. Tried my little man with it but he pulled his face - so cheesy ham pasta and garlic bread with a side serving of brocolli for them it is, hope you are all having a great day, may try Brens stuffed peppers over the weekend :)
