johnwentzville's Journal, 03 February 2018

Hi y'all - I am watching all of you last couple days and it is amazing - a lot of people having breakthroughs , sharing with those who will have them in the future - It kind of reminds me of getting ready for soccer season , practicing and more practicing, maybe each day not what you want but a week or 2 or a month down the road the practice pays off in a goal scored , a win , a game appreciated by teammates - I was down this week but had a major success on a project I was working on at work for 2 months and really everyone here got me through it - I am highly competitive I've learned and I need to feed better off of shortcomings and appreciate more the spoils of my successes / I wish I could share how I got here better , but that is one of my shortcomings - I am working on this year - There are some masters on the site and I am learning - I really really really want to get to my goal of 185 first and I would like to dedicate that to people who think they can't do it -

1) You are amazing and wherever you are at , it comes from dedication , hard work and perseverance - weight loss , job , family -

2) I am learning success breeds success - Hang with people who love and motivate you - I have found those people on this site and will be here a long time not just getting healthier but watching and enjoying others success -

3) As in any type of endeavor , do things you enjoy, work and play - Walking , if you enjoy it , tennis same , yoga . Develop a passion and then you are hooked. That happiness one day will spill over to the next day and so on -

4) Once you learn , repition is the key - It is good to experiment but always know what you can rely on -

A little reflection because y'all always inspire me - I hope I can do the same for you -

I am spent now and much success to everyone - GoGreen

I like the repetition part. I’ve learned so many times that low carb and journaling is what will create weight loss/health success for me but I always end up going back to old habits. I must start repeating my daily habits and treating THEM as the lifestyle change not just the food. Maybe that will be more sustainable for me. Great post it gives us things to consider

Love you thoughts. Honestly I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of so many good people on this site. They are inspiring and I have learned so much about so many things from them.
